St. Louis, MO, April 5, 2005 - Transaction Transport Technologies, LLC (T3), a leading provider of Transactions over Internet Protocol transport solutions (ToIPSM) and ICVERIFY, Inc., a leading provider of software based payment processing solutions for merchants, today jointly announced the availability of a combined product-and-service offering to provide merchants fast and secure payment transaction transport solutions over the public Internet.
Under the agreement between the two companies, ICVERIFY’s WebAuthorize® and ICVERIFY® for Windows® products will come 'box ready' for use with T3’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Virtual Private Network (VPN) secure transport solutions. Now, merchants with broadband access can enhance their payment transaction handling with the speed of the Internet and the security of encrypted traffic over a Visa® CISP-certified transport provider.
