ICVERIFY, Inc. Extends Support for Selected Product Versions
Greenwood Village, CO, May 3, 2007 - ICVERIFY, Inc., a leading provider of payment software for merchants of all types, today announced an extension of support for selected versions of the ICVERIFY® for Windows® product.
Official support, meaning telephone and e-mail support, and service packs if appropriate, for all versions of software will be managed according to the following schedule:
ICVERIFY for Windows:
- Versions 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 are no longer eligible for support effective January 1, 2006.
- Versions 3.1.0, 3.1 R3, 3.1 R4, 3.1 R5 and 3.1 R6 will not be eligible for support after September 30, 2007, extending their end-of-support date by six months.
- No support is available for versions earlier than 3.0 except what is available on the Web site.
- Versions 4.0 and later continue to be supported.
WebAuthorize:
- Versions 1.3 and 1.3.1 are no longer eligible for support effective January 1, 2006.
- Versions 1.4, 1.4 R2, 1.4 R3 and 1.4 R4 are no longer eligible for support effective December 31, 2006.
ICVERIFY Enterprise Edition:
- Versions 1.5 and later continue to be supported.
ICVERIFY, Inc. may, at its discretion, choose to offer historical support materials on its Web site related to product versions where official support has already been withdrawn. However, ICVERIFY, Inc. cautions users of unsupported products that continued usage of unsupported software is entirely at the user's sole risk.
