Free Upgrade to ICVERIFY® for Windows® Version 4.0 Release 2 for Qualifying Merchants!
Greenwood Village, CO, July 5, 2006 - ICVERIFY, Inc., a leading provider of payment software for merchants of all types, today announced the immediate availability of Version 4.0 Release 2 of the ICVERIFY for Windows software application, as well as free upgrades to qualifying purchasers of version 4.0.
The new software release builds on the Payment Application Best Practices approved version released in December 2005, and contains numerous new features as well as changes requested by ICVERIFY's software users over the past several months. Included within the new features are:
- Dynamic Currency Conversion and Cash Advance capabilities for qualifying merchants on First Data's CARDnet platform
- Check and Gift card processing support for NOVA Information Systems
- Contactless device reader support
- New full-service support for Citi Consumer Services private label cards
- Support for Microsoft® Windows® 2003 and Small Business Server
- Support for new Discover BIN ranges activated in April 2006, as well as MasterCard and Visa BIN modifications
- Updated certifications for First Horizon Merchant Services, Global Payments (East) and RBS Lynk
Merchant customers who have an installed and validated copy of Version 4.0 are eligible for a free upgrade to Version 4.0 Release 2. ICVERIFY, Inc. will distribute product to customers who purchased directly from ICVERIFY, Inc. as well as from select processing partners. Merchants who purchased product from a reseller or have not received the upgrade by the end of July should contact the ICVERIFY support team at (800) 900-6133 to arrange for a CD-ROM to be shipped. Please have your serial number and validation code ready when you call.
Although merchants using versions 3.1.6 and earlier are not eligible for the free distribution program, they may still qualify for discounted upgrade pricing. Call the ICVERIFY Sales team at (800) 538-0651 to inquire about purchasing an upgrade.
