PAGE FAULTS AND ILLEGAL OPERATIONS
Cause: The ICVERIFY® software is attempting to write to a data directory on a drive that does not exist or to which it does not have read and write access.
Solution:
- Make sure that the ICVERIFY software is installed on the local hard drive if it is a Microsoft® Windows® version.
- If the data directory is on a network drive, verify the local computer has read and write access to the network drive (or specify a data directory on the local C:\ drive).
- If it is a multi-user setup, make sure the data directory and request directory are not the same directory.
